Ava recently requested a guitar lesson from Doug. I took a little video of their session. These are the snapshots. He was teaching her how to play "Mary Had a Little Lamb." She did great!

Valentine's Day 2011
On Valentine's morning, I awoke to quite a surprise!
When I walked into the kitchen, this is what I saw:

When I walked into the kitchen, this is what I saw:
At first I didn't realize it, until I looked more closely. Some M&M's had a picture of Doug and me, while others had a picture of Ava and Liam. Other M&M's said "I love you" and the remaining M&M's had "01-24-98" (our anniversary) on them.
How fun! Doug went all out for this Valentine's Day! So thankful to have such an amazing man as my Valentine for the past 12 years!
