Before Doug got home last night, I fed Ava some sweet potatoes. She LOVED them! And this was the first time she seemed to eat more food than she pushed back out! She probably ate 1/2 (or maybe a little less) of an "ice cube" of sweet potatoes. Sounds like so little of a portion, but when you're a gummer who doesn't know how to eat yet, this is A LOT!
She was an orange goopy mess by the end of the feeding, liking to grab for the bright-colored plastic spoon, but we made it through without orange walls!
Thinking of incorporating more organic colors in our decor :0),
