This Quarter in the "Clubhouse"...

Doug and I volunteered to help this quarter in the "Clubhouse" at church, during worship service.  I help with the pre-K class, Doug helps with the 2nd grade class.  We get every second Sunday of the month "off", during which we can sit in the auditorium.

A little girl sneezed the first Sunday I was helping, so I assisted her with a tissue and the never-ending snot she had coming out of her nose.  One week later, I am sick as a dog.  :(  I missed a birthday party for Caleb Craig with the kiddos and Doug because I was awfully sick.

Here's to disinfectant and hoping we stay healthy for the next 2.5 months!

Liam and his buddy Wyatt

I shamelessly stole this picture of Liam and Wyatt from Alicia Stryker's blog.  The boys both walked out of class at church wearing their "star" glasses.  They both seemed to like wearing them and didn't take them off.

Too cute.  Wyatt looks like he is shielding himself from paparrazzi!  :-)

Peace, love and stars in-the-making,

North Atlanta Easter Egg Hunt 2010

On Ava's actual birthday, we went to the church's egg hunt (after church). Our neighbors the Rosas family came, as well. Ava and Olivia are buddies. We all ate a hot dog lunch and then were grouped by age before heading to certain parts of the building. It rained earlier in the morning, so the egg hunt was moved indoors.

Liam playing during class. The afternoon before the egg hunt, Liam took a spill UP our neighbor's driveway and has a boo-boo on his temple to show for it.

I love this picture of Liam. He looks so sweet!

There's that tongue again! :-)

He looks like such a big boy in this picture!

There's that boo-boo.

Ryan Ashton came running down the hallway, yelling for Ava. He wanted to hold her hand as they walked to the egg hunt. He saw her the day before at her birthday party.

More hand-holding fun. :-)

Olivia got a quick picture with the Easter bunny before we went egg-hunting.

Let the hunt begin!

Olivia was a pro.

Liam was actually in the same area as the girls. He watched what they did and quickly followed suit, putting eggs in his basket.

Pro egg-hunters.

Happily hunting.

Look at these eggs!
Yum.
