Trick or Treating at The Avenue

We went trick-or-treating at the Avenue the Saturday before Halloween. The shopkeepers hand-out candy to the kids. Here are pictures from our excursion. The kids had a lot of fun. Ava was shy at first, but fell in line and held her bucket out for candy. Liam didn't really understand at first, but we helped him out. ;-)

We really didn't plan this. A cowboy on stilts was walking around at the Avenue. I asked him if he wouldn't mind taking a picture with us, and am so glad I did! Another keeper of a picture below. The littlest cowboy standing next to the biggest cowboy. I love the picture where the cowboy is leaning down. It looks like Liam is asking him "Are you my Daddy? You sure look like I do right now!" :-)

Liam and Mama

Slowly getting the hang of this "put-it-in-the-bucket" thing...

I didn't get any pictures of Ava, while at the Avenue, that didn't look like this one. She was so excited the entire time we were there, I think she probably just bounced her way around the shopping center. :-)

On the way home from the day care trunk-or-treat. Seriously worn-out kids.

Peace, love and plunder,
Shelly, Doug, Ava and Liam
